The JTEC is required by the Cabinet of Jamaica to register all private and public tertiary institutions. An institution that is registered with the Commission has developed systems and policies that are compliant with the standards for Higher Education institutions.
This document site is to be used by invited institutions to upload evidence of their compliance with each of the standards. Assigned Institutional Inspectors will review the evidence to determine the overall compliance score for each applicant.
You will be notified via email. To upload your documents, you may drag and drop multiple files onto the system, or you will be able to select the file and upload one at a time.
You will be given your username and password to login to the website, where you will be able to view the institutions which are registered to the system, and be able to determine the overall compliance of these institutions.
